General Conditions for the cutting service in Plasmacut S.A.

Dear Customer:

With the aim of providing a better service, we want to inform you of the aspects and considerations necessary to be able to offer you our services in a satisfactory way:

We would be appreciate if you send your requests to the email: corte@plasmacut.cr, that way, all the collaborators will be aware of your request and since this is the official email, we can take responsibility for the response time of your requests (orders, quotes, information, payments, etc).

To calculate costs and prices, the following information is necessary: ​​design, material, material thickness, measurements, quantities.

The designs sent and approved by the client will be those that will be cut, and must be sent in millimeters. In case of requiring changes in the design they must be sent before the cut approval to the email corte@plasmacut.cr

The designs must come in AutoCAD, Illustrator or PDF format; Otherwise, an additional cost will be charged for the design. In case that the design must be made or modified, the costs may be sent until finalized.

The cut will be scheduled in production once the 50% payment receipt or the purchase order has been received (in case of credit). In order to deliver the material, the total cancellation of the work is necessary.

The estimated time of delivery of the products is from 2 to 3 business days, the same will be confirmed at the time of the approval of the cut.

In the event that the cuts have not been withdrawn within a period of 5 working days, from the sixth day, a storage of ¢ 3000 daily will be charged.

In case of sending material without approving any cut, it will not be received, since, by not having a warehouse prepared for this purpose, we could not be held responsible for damages caused by the entry and exit of the material from the area.

Plasma Cut S.A. It is a specialized cutting center (Plasma, Fiber Optic Laser, Router and CO2 Laser), and we do not provide any finishing service: sanding, cleaning, polishing, painting, bending or arming.
