Committed to comply with Costa Rica Law No.9699 “Liability of legal persons for domestic bribery, transnational bribery, and other crimes” and to follow the spirit of commitment of the “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act” (FCPA) in its principles of anti-bribery and anti-corruption, both domestically and internationally.

That is why Plasma Cut S.A.  has created a series of regulations and tools for the prevention, detection and punishment of crimes in the daily actions of its collaborators, always under its key values: integrity, justice and respect.

Compliance Office

An Officer and a Compliance Committee have been appointed, whose main functions are:

  • Prevention through risk management and its effectiveness monitoring
  • Constant training for all collaborators
  • Creation of protocols to maintain transparency in daily actions
  • Investigation of complaints and their follow-up.
